Yes — new customers can get a welcome code from the offer on the site. Codes are one per customer and cannot be combined.

A ten-vial kit costs half of ten single vials or less on most compounds, so buying the kit halves the cost of each vial.

$10.00 per order, and free on orders over $250. Spend $180 or more and a 3ml bacteriostatic water is added free.

The same day if your payment lands by 3:30pm (NZ time) on a business day; otherwise the next business day. Every order is tracked — we send you the tracking number when it ships. Stock is held in New Zealand, and delivery usually takes 1–2 day delivery after dispatch.

We replace it free. For damage, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. If a parcel has not arrived 5 business days after dispatch, get in touch and we will sort it.

Yes — unopened, sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first, then send them back; return postage is on you. We refund the item price once they arrive.

Contact us and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act always apply.

Our published certificates are on the test results page, each with a key you can check on the laboratory’s own site.
