Shipping & returns

Shipping

• $10.00 per order, and free on orders over $250.
• Dispatched the same day if your payment lands by 3:30pm (NZ time) on a business day, otherwise the next business day.
• Every order is tracked. We send you the tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
• Shipped from New Zealand stock by a New Zealand courier. Delivery usually takes 1–2 day delivery after dispatch.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, we replace it free.

• Damaged: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number.
• Missing: if your parcel hasn’t arrived 5 business days after dispatch, get in touch with your order number and we’ll sort it.

Returns

• Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Contact us first with your order number and we’ll tell you where to send them.
• Return postage is paid by you. Once the items arrive back sealed, we refund the price of the items to the way you paid. The original shipping charge isn’t refunded on a change-of-mind return.
• Opened items can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.

Faulty or wrong items

If something is faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us and we’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you, including postage. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which nothing on this page limits.
