Testing

Purity guarantee

Test any vial from your order at an independent laboratory. Below 98% purity, or the wrong compound, and we refund that product in full.

We publish independent laboratory reports for our batches on the test results page. The guarantee means you don’t have to take those reports on trust: you can have a vial from your own order tested, and if it falls short, you get your money back.

What is guaranteed

If an independent laboratory test of a sealed vial from your order shows purity below 98%, or a different compound from the one on the label, we refund what you paid for that product in full.

  • Purity means the purity figure reported by the laboratory (normally by HPLC).
  • The refund is everything you paid for that product on that order — every vial of it, not only the one tested.
  • You don’t need to return the remaining vials.

How to claim

  1. Send a sealed, unopened vial from your order to an independent testing laboratory, at your own cost. Any laboratory that issues a report number or verification key we can check with them is fine (for example Janoshik).
  2. Within 60 days of delivery, send us the report and your order number through the contact page.
  3. We check the report with the laboratory. If it shows purity below 98%, or a different compound, we refund that product in full within 10 business days.

The fine print

  • The vial must come from a Vero Lab order and be sealed when it goes to the laboratory.
  • The report must be from a laboratory independent of you and us, and must be verifiable with that laboratory.
  • One claim per product per order. The test fee is yours to pay.
  • The guarantee is about what is in the vial. It says nothing about effects, and does not change our Research Use Policy.
  • It is in addition to your rights under New Zealand consumer law, not instead of them.
